Oh my the rain

I don't normally complain about the rain....ok maybe I do....but this last week has been beyond ridiculous with the rain. I don't know how many times I have heard the weatherman say this is the weirdest storm I have ever seen. As of yesterday we had all had enough. So the girls grabbed their umbrella's and some warmer coats and they ran outside!!

Meanwhile my son had already been outside for a while...








They all had a ton of fun and eventually it dried off enough to play with some chalk.



We hope everyone has a great weekend. We have a busy weekend full of baseball and yardwork!

If I could also ask for everyone's prayers this weekend. Ryan's aunt passed away last night. She has always had to struggle to live and we all know that she is feeling so good right now in the arms of Jesus. But she went to heaven 2 months before her oldest son gets married, which is a little too soon for all of us. She will be missed.
