Look at that sweet face, just kills me looking through that lense!
So much fun!!
And with spring is full swing we are off to baseball some nights of the week. I got to take some pictures of the team after the pro got his shots. Chase is really loving this new team!
I am hoping that this weekend we can go find a nice park around town and take some pics of him with his uniform on. I'm thinking ballpark and all those great poses he does during the game. With a new team comes a new need to be cool with your friends. What better to say cool than a mohawk. Chase was so excited to have his mohawk done by a pro, not mom.
Doesn't he look handsome! I think so!!
Here is a recent pic of Ryan and I as we headed out for our date night to Union Station. This place was phenomenal, no beautiful, no exquisite, no grandious....oh heck every word that defines a beautiful building that is far older than I am. I kicked myself over and over for not taking my camera!! There was NO ONE in this place and there could have been some great pictures of Ryan and I. Oh well. Lesson learned. But we had a great time even though it was a ways away.
Don't think you are getting away with a venting moment: I have recently donated several items to various auctions for fundraisers. One, of these beautiful people, is adopting a baby girl from EE and is doing this, single. Amazing and she has been so grateful for the outfit I donated. I know you are saying but why is this a venting moment. Because she is the only one that has said anything. I did not donate items so that I could get some sort of recognition. I did it because their stories touched my heart as a mom. I am in no way expecting a personal thank you because there are SO many people that have donated to a few of these. But an overall thank you on your blog or your facebook page would be so nice to hear. We have all been touched by these stories and wanted to help all we could, but without even a I am touched by everyone's generousity, kind of stinks. I wouldn't take the donations back but wish that people still said thank you like we used to. Am I getting old?
Venting done!
We are looking forward to another busy weekend outside.
Here are some recent pics of our baby Ava...well not so much a baby anymore:
Happy Spring!!
