The Idea

I have been wanting for years, at least since my son was born, to write down notes to him so that if God took me home early there would be somewhere or something he could look at to remind him of the love I have for him. This want has become so powerful now that I have 3 kids and a wonderful husband. The idea to blog about it came to me a couple nights ago and I wanted to just run downstairs and start, but I didn't want to wake anyone up. I am still trying to figure out what I want to come out of this blog and whether I want to tell anyone I am doing it. If I were journaling my feelings, no one would know so I am leaning towards allowing this blog to just be a place of letting the love shine through for my family, myself, and the world at large! I am thinking my first few blogs will be about each of the kids and one about my husband. From that point who knows what will be 'written' down on the paper.
